How do I register to access my firm's account?Go to www.designerpages.com/register and complete the form. Make certain you use your work email address. Upon clicking the "Register" button at the bottom of the page, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Open to that email, click the link, and you will be granted access to your firm's account.

Who can see my information?As a PRO subscriber, everyone inside your firm can view all projects, collections and vendors. Nobody outside your firm can see any of this information. And of course, you cannot see information belonging to other firms.

What are Super Users?Super Users are administrative users of Designer Pages PRO, and have access to firm wide account management features that are not accessible to regular users of the site within a firm. A Super User is able to update firm branding information, update user accounts, modify PDF export templates, and customize how information will load into specifications as they are selected and added to projects (Spec Templates).

As a Super User, how do I make someone else Super?Super Users, look to your "Firm Nav" drop-down in the upper right corner of the screen within the black header bar. Select the "Users" option from the Super User Panel and you land on a page that allows you to modify user access and levels. The list is alpha tabulated so find the user you want to modify. Under the User Level column, you will see a button reading Regular.

How do I deactivate users that are no longer with my firm?User accounts can only be deactivated and cannot be deleted. As a Super User, you have access to the firm's User Page. Once on the User Page, identify the specific user row and click the corresponding "Activated" button. The status next to the button with turn from green to red to confirm that this user has been deactivated.

What is the “Vendor Directory”?The Vendor Directory feature allows you to create a comprehensive list of Vendors that you may access at any time for the purpose of linking them to specification packages. This allows you to create default vendors who will appear in connection with specific brands (or specific products categorized under a brand) when those brands or products are specified.
