Managing Specs Just Got Revolutionary with Bulk Edit

We’ve taken the complexity out of managing specs. With Bulk Edit, what once took hours now takes moments. Imagine updating spec details or dates across multiple specs in just a few clicks. This powerful tool is designed to transform the way you handle large volumes of data, making it faster and more intuitive than ever before.

Simply select the specs you need to update, click the Bulk Edit icon on the Action Bar, and decide the appropiate option.

Spec Images

You can chnage the main image to multiple specs at once.
To ensure images are assigned correctly, name each image file using the spec’s Code/Tag. For example, if a spec is labeled "CH-01," the image file should be named "CH-01.jpg."

Drag and drop your image files into the upload area or use the Upload button to select files from your computer. The system will automatically assign each image to the matching spec. If a spec already has an image, uploading a new one with the same Code/Tag will replace it.

Red Text

Manage the red text on your specs, highliting the changes between revions to be seen on your exports.
Specify the start and end dates, and any changes made between the last revsion created before the start date and the last one before the end date, will be toggled to red.

You can also run an export inmediatly after applying the changes.
It's important to note, that the red text will only work on export that are configured to it, and the setting must be enabled on the project.

Spec Dates

Updating dates is now as simple as selecting the desired date field and event. With just one click, all your specs are updated. Need to clear previous dates? Use the "Deselect Active Spec Dates" option, and watch the magic happen.

Spec Info

Manage fields like Product Display Name, Brand Display Name, Description, and Notes in an intuitive, real-time, Excel-like table. Every change is saved instantly. For non-evaluated specs, all fields are fully editable. For evaluated specs, certain fields are locked, preserving data integrity—except for codes/tags, which remain editable.

All relevant attributes from selected specs are presented as columns. If an attribute doesn’t exist for a spec, the field will be grayed out, signaling that it’s uneditable. To add new attributes, head to the Edit page.

Sub-folders

Assign Sub-folders in bulk, just type the sub-folder into the filed and hit enter, if you need to add more than one, input the next after hitting enter and repeat as needed.
Once all the Sub-folders needed have been entered, hit the sumbit button to apply them to the selected specs.
