2022.06.24_Project Page Cleanup

On the coattails of our launching Standards, we've subtly modified the design of the Project Page. The most meaningful difference is that "Edit", "Quick Edit", "General Notes" and "Delete" buttons per spec have been consolidated into a single dropdown per spec.
