Spaces is a section built for Projects in which product quantities must be managed at a larger scale. Products live under “Types,” which is how we refer to a group of Rooms that share the same layout, square footage, FF&E and/or finishes in a Project. There are two ways to add Room information within a Type, either by entering the number of Rooms that exist inside the Type [+Type Qty], or by listing each individual Room inside the Type [+Add Room].

There are multiple ways. See which one works best for you: #1. Manually Go to the Manage Areas tab. In the Create Area section, fill out the requested info. Once you create an area, you will be able to view it in the Overview tab. If you wish to add a Type to an area, you will first access the area in the Overview tab, then select “Add Type.”
