This opens the door for real-time collaboration: designers can ask reps to verify product details, suggest alternates, or confirm attributes before specs are finalized.

Inviting vendors is quick and intuitive. When editing a spec, you’ll find the option in the same module where you assign a vendor. Once a vendor is assigned, a toggle will appear allowing you to invite them directly to your spec.

And best of all, permissions are flexible.
