Can I highlight changes to my specs in red in my exports?

The Red Text for Exports feature highlights changes in your spec fields within a selected date range, making it easier to identify updates in your exported documents.

To use this feature, navigate to the Bulk Edit menu on your project page and select Red Text. From there, choose your preferred date range:

• Custom Dates: Manually set a start and end date.
• Spec Dates: Use the spec’s Date 1 and Date 2 from submission dates.

The system will compare the last revision created on or before the start date (or Date 1) to the last revision on or before the end date (or Date 2). Any fields that have changed will appear in red in your export.
