Help CenterThink of Manuals as an all-in-one pdf document that allows you to combine various exports into one file along with a cover page, table of contents with smart links, page numbering and so much more.
*Note, though we have a default Manual available, please be aware that you’ll probably incur a one-time set up fee if you need our help customizing a manual for your firm.
Our default Manual includes the following sections:
- Cover Page
- Table of Contents (sorted either by Spec Template Name or Area/Type
- Preamble
- Spec Index by Area/Type
- Product Specs with Cutsheets
- Appendices
You can access each section of the Manual from the smart links in the table of contents and you can click back to the table of contents from nearly every page in the manual. Here's a link to view a sample Manual.
We anticipate various enhancements to Manuals throughout 2023 and will be updating this page regularly as any updates become available.
Lastly, Manuals are only available to PRO Ultra and PRO Enterprise subscribers.

Editting the Cover Page? Preamble? Appendices?
On the project page, click into the project settings (gear icon) and towards the bottom of the Main tab, you'll see three (3) images that can be editted. A bit further below the images, you'll see a section to Edit the preamble.
If you click into the Exports tab, towards the middle of the page you'll see text elements that can be assigned to the Cover Page. And below that, you'll see a section for configure the Appendices.
