Can I export a budget?

You bet. You will need to provide the unit cost of the spec in the Edit Spec page. 

If you’re managing quantity by ROOMS you have budget wise report options in EXCEL family: Room List or Room Matrix. There’s also a Budget Simple List in the ROOMS family of exports. 

If you’re managing quantity by SPACES, you’ll want to check out HP Final Budget export, on the FULL family export.
